Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed : over the counter health items stored over guest food/seasonings, at the shelf by the back door. This was placed in a bag not over the food.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : butter sticks in the 2 door reach-in cooler in the kitchen. These were at 46°. The butter had been out for a recipe, but these were not needed, so they were returned to the reach-in cooler.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed : Observed lack of back flow device on the non chemical side of the splitter in the mop sink.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the interior of the reach in Coolers/freezers have an accumulation of food debris.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a pitcher in the kitchen hand wash sink. This was removed.

Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed: reach-in cooler/ reach-in freezer shelves and shelves on doors have an accumulation of debris. ALSO, cutting boards on the front line are stained. And the front line microwave ceiling has dried food debris.
