Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Rice 120 hot hold, operator reheated, 2nd temperature taken 146 hot holding. Was unable to get the immediate reheat before it was placed in hot holding.
