To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Person in charge was unable to locate any proof of food handler training.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Small 20# CO2 cylinder unsecured near walk in cooler door.
