Also missing vacuum breaker on hose Bibb to right side of main entrance. Repeat 8/3/2023. Spoke with operator about backflow protection and showed picture of vacuum breaker.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided operator with Clean-up Of Vomiting And Diarrheal Events handout HR 5030-104. Note: spoke with operator about having correct chemicals and equipment for clean up on site as indicated in written procedures.
