No chlorine chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Educated operator on the importance of having sanitizer onsite. Operator went to store to get bleach sanitizer. Operator added sanitizer to three compartment sink and sanitizer buckets. Rechecked chlorine concentration at 100 ppm.
