Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Open case of rolls of toilet paper we're stored below chemical in closet by restroom. Operator moved to top shelf.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. On splitter at mop sink, backflow preventer located in wrong place. Backflow preventer needs to be at end f splitter on non chemical dispenser side.
