As per operator product was placed on the line approximately two hours prior to inspection. Operator removed product from line and placed in reach in cooler below.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee at drive thru handle money, pass out orders and fill sodas using same gloves. Threw away gloves, walked to office and placed on new gloves and started preparing food without hand wash. Inspector advised manager what observations were. Observed manager coach employee and employee washed hands.
