Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary 400+ppm) at cookline exceeded maximum concentration. Test strip turned blue-darker than test strip color chart. Operator stated she will have the solution checked.
