Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink in the warewashing area used to stored container lid. Inspector and employee removed the lid from the hand wash sink.
Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Employee personal ice cream stored in reach in freezer over food to be served to customers. Operator relocated the employee ice cream container.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. On the storage shelf over the three compartment sink, clean plastic containers stacked while wet.
Equipment in poor repair. Tortilla warmer box by the hand wash sink has a broken door handle for the bottom storage box. Walk in freezer has build up of ice on the freezer door.
Food stored on floor. In the walk in freezer, container of egg mix stored on the floor. Operator relocated the container to the correct storage location.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. In the shredded cheese container in the front cook line open top reach in cooler, portion cup handle underneath the cheese. Operator relocated the scoop to proper storage levels.
