Water with a temperature of 130 degrees Fahrenheit at employee handwash sink, too hot to wash hands, At preparation area.

In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed the utensil handle inside of the shredder cheese. Operator removed the handle.
