Foods on line for more than 4 hours see stop sale. cut lettuce (51F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (50F - Cold Holding) unit was frozen up and not circulating cold. Manager discarded foods put in call for maintenance. Will use time as a public health control until cooler is repaired.
