Food stored on floor. Observed two boxes with sauce mild and border sauce hot on floor at storage area. Operator started to move the boxes to shelves.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed utensil handle touching the shredded cheese. The handle was removed.
