No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator located one spray bottle of bleach during the inspection. No quaternary sanitizer available on the premises.
No soap provided at handwash sink opposite the triple sink in the ware washing area. Operator replaced soap.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Quaternary sanitizer bucket 0ppm by hot table in the prep area. Operator remade a chlorine sanitizer solution tested at 100ppm.
