Two certified food managers on shift unable to name any of the big six foodborne illnesses. Inspector reviewed the big six foodborne illnesses with both managers during this inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink in warewash area blocked by table. Manager scooted table away from the handwash sink during this inspection.
Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. 1. Several cracked and/or missing floor tiles around fryers. 2. Bulging wall panel with gap in kitchen near soda syrup rack. 3. Alarm sounding inside walk-in cooler. Management unable to silence alarm.
