No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. As per previous inspection, inspector provided the operator the Employee Agreement form on 2/28/23, operator had it stored in email not have yet printed out or trained the employees. Discussed with the operator on duty and provided the Employee Agreement form. No employee agreement for any employees.
