Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at cookline used a wiping cloth to sanitize equipment and the proceeded to handle tortillas with the same gloved hands without first washing hands and changing gloves. Inspector educated employees on proper handwashing during this inspection.
Evidence of feeding stray/wild animals - food/water bowls provided outside. One cat and bowl containing cat food on ground beside dumpster enclosure.

In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Tongs stored in a bucket of water on make line, 81F. Manager placed tongs in dish area to be cleaned.
