In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed the scoop handle used for shredded cheese on the make line not stored above food. The operator properly stored the scoop.

Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet splitter added to mop sink faucet. The operator disconnected the hose splitter from the faucet.
Missing drain plug at dumpster.
Soiled wet wiping cloth placed in use with fresh solution. Observed a wiping cloth soiled with cheese sauce stored in sanitizer solution on the make line. The operator discarded the solution.
