Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee wearing gloves wiped prep table down with sanitizer rag; then touched flour tortilla to prep. I immediately advised employee to wash hands and change gloves. Employee did so.

Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. -recommend more thorough hand washing between tasks.
