No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink in the males restroom. Manager had employee restock paper towels.
Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Observed old food build up on the clean dishes on the drying rack. Discussed replacing them with manager.

In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed handle to scoop dry twists/noodle touching the product. Manager removed the scoop from the bin.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. No choking poster observed. Emailed manager a copy of the poster, they were able to print it out and post it on the wall.
