Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. -Three compartment sink at 0 ppm quaternary. Manager on duty was able to use a chlorine sanitizer pack to make a proper 100 ppm sanitizer.
Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturer's instructions. -Filter on soda machine in back next to walk-in cooler not changed according to manufacturer's specifications. Replacement required on 2-19-22
