Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Mobile unit has wastewater line with quick disconnect affixed to an above ground pvc pipe the terminates in a hole in the ground. Mobile unit quick disconnect has a valve that is affixed to the off position. Operator states wastewater is being retained in the on-board wastewater tank. Drainage line runs from mobile unit to an area behind the food truck lot where it is buried underground. Wastewater is pooling on the ground around where the pipe dispenses into a hole.
