Food-contact surface not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed metal lining on flip-top cooler warped allowing food debris to be trapped under. Metal lining no longer smooth or easily cleanable.
Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed walk-in cooler shelves rusted.
