Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed rice (125F - Hot Holding); on top of pans in the steam table in the back room. As per the person in charge the rice was put there approximately one hour ago. The person in charge put the pens of rice in a double boiler on the grill to reheat it.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed several containers blocking access to the hand sink at the kitchen entrance. The items were moved.
