Manager in Puerto Rico, he doesn't have card with him to take a picture and send it to owner.

Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Water temperature in entire establishment at 84F. Operator attempts to adjust thermostat. Thermostat adjust and hot water at 100F provided at all sinks in establishment
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Operator has single reach in fridge with ambient temperature at 78F. Operator stated just turn on unit. Operator will also be using reach in coolers at commissary location in building to store foods. Re-temping and reach in cooler dropping slowly now at 67F, 64F
