Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The sink at the Three Compartment Sink, the sink had a box of scrub pads, garbage bags and rags stored in it. The items were removed to make the sink accessible.
Food stored on floor. In the back kitchen next to the double door reach in cooler, 2 boxes of oil were stored on the floor. The employee moved off of the floor.
