Nonself-sufficient mobile food dispensing vehicle operating from an unapproved commissary: this item was addressed on the previous inspection dated 03/04/2025. Unit has not submitted their letter yet. Inspector gave a new copy to the operator for taking to the establishment to get the authorization to dump their gray water there. Inspector gave a letter to the property owner to authorize the unit to receive their freshwater from the location provided they get a back flow preventer for the spigot and a potable water hose.
