Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Near flat top grill, pan of chicken 107F and pans of pork 108F. Both items prepared approximately 30 minutes prior. Both items moved to stove top to reheat.
