No handwash sink located in vending machine area where employees service bulk food machines. Blocked by food pans. The pans were removed.

Portable water tank not enclosed or sloped to drain properly. Missing potable water tank connected to utilities on a permanent basis. Due to Hurricane Milton the quick disconnect was damaged.
