Self-service salad bar/buffet lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. No sneeze guard for sautéed peppers and onions in steam well at P434 and P407. Sheet pan was added as sneeze guard on both.
Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking. Sautéed peppers and onions and sausage being held on time controls have no time marking at P440. Per employee, product placed out 1 hour and 1.5 hours, respectively and marked chart appropriately.

At cart P440 Observed employee touch face, then handle packages of ketchup with no hand wash. At cart P102 observed employee pull up pants, then handle clean utensils at grill with no hand wash. No hand wash sink available during observation. Hand sink available to employees by end of inspection.
Establishment operating with no potable running water. Hand wash sink at unit P440. Also, hand wash sink at unit P102 with no running water. Person in charge brought cambro with water to utilize temporarily until sink can be fixed.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In cart P102 hot dogs and sausage in reach in cooler at 61, 53F. Door open during inspection. Person in charge called to get ice to ice down units during inspection.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hot dogs stored in hand wash sink at cart P102. Person in charge removed.
