Food-contact surface soiled: The cutting board is soiled with a mold-like substance and has deep grooves. A slime- or mold-like substance was observed on the interior door gaskets of the reach-in cooler, as well as inside the reach-in freezer in the kitchen. The operator cleaned the interiors of both reach-in units.
