Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in the walk in cooler: Chicken (50F - Cold Holding); Fish (48F - Cold Holding); Rice (46F - Cold Holding) Operator stated he had left the door open to store a delivery for approximately 1hr 20minutes before the inspection. Operator called a repairman.
