In-use utensil stored in unclean water at or above 135 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cookline at the tandoori oven, multiple utensils were stored in dirty standing water in a pot. The items were removed to the ware washing area to be cleaned and sanitized.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cart next to the cook top, a 1/6 pan of butter was being stored at room temperature. The pan was out of refrigerator for less than 4 hours. The butter was returned to the refrigerator to chill and cold hold.
