Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray bottle of glass cleaner on food preparation area table next to cooler by front counter across from espresso machine, operator moved items to correct location.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed ice shoot on soda fountain soiled with residue, operator had an employee to clean the item.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chlorine test strips operator, said he would purchase some.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed a grooved cutting board on prep table next to slicer.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drink on food preparation area behind robo coupe food processor, operator moved drinks to correct location.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Operator did not have choking poster available, inspector provided choking poster at time of inspection to operator and hung it up.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in mop bucket wet by the triple sink, operator hung the mop to dry.
