Observed in Reach in coolers across from grill and fryers.Beef (52F - Cold Holding); Cut Tomatoes (51F - Cold Holding); Ham (51F - Cold Holding); Pork (53F - Cold Holding); Cooked Beans (51F - Cold Holding); Cheese (54F - Cold Holding); Cut Lettuce (51F - Cold Holding); Chicken (52F - Cold Holding). Person in charge stated that all products had been in the Reach in cooler for approximately 1.5 hours. Ambient Temperature of Reach in coolers was 52°F. Person in charge transferred all foods to Reach in freezer and upright Reach in cooler.
