Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Bulk containers of flour and rice in back prep area not labeled. Manager labeled.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the handwashing sink near the ice machine with a coffee cup. Manager removed.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed two spray bottles that the manager stated had sanitizer in them with no label. Manager had employee label.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed two CO tanks not properly secured. Discussed storage with manager.
