Operator went from a NOST classification to an SEAT classification by adding 3 barstools for seating on interior of restaurant and tables and chairs outside totaling a total of 27 seats for customers to sit and dine. Establishment is on municipal water and sewer. Gave seating change evaluation form to operator and currently awaiting signatures and section 2 and three from utility company and fire marshal for approval of seats.
