Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed open drink in stand up reach-in cooler in storage area. The manager discarded open drink.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizer bucket across from 3 compartment sink on floor. The sanitizer bucket was removed from floor.
