Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed chlorine +200 PPM. Employee removed it and add water to the solution to reduce chlorine to 100 ppm.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a foam cup used as scoop inside the sugar. Employee removed it.

Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the. minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee grabbing RTE corn chips with bare hands. Employee was coached to wash hands and place on gloves to serve RTE food.
