No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator purchased bleach during inspection at location they were set up.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle inside bulk rice touching rice. Operator moved handle above rice.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed bulk rice container no label under counter.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plastic cup and clear plastic to go containers with no handles used as scoops in bulk containers of rice and flour.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed in use knives stored in crack between three compartment sink and wall. Operator moved knives to sink to be cleaned.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed outside of bulk food container marked ARROZ/ rice with buildup of grease and dirt.
