Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Inside bottom of refrigerated make-table: beef (46F - Cooling Overnight). Manager stated they tried beef was cooked the previous day and placed into the bottom of the refrigerated make-table to cool overnight. Manager stated the beef has not been removed from the cooler today. The beed is in a covered metal pan. Stop sale issued.

Inside bottom of refrigerated make-table: Stop sale issued on cooked beef cooling in covered pan overnight. The beef did not cool from 135F to 41F within 6 hours. Inspector reviewed proper cooling procedures with manager during this inspection.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee phone and keys on prep table beside single-use items. Manager moved personal items to another area during this inspection.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License number not affixed to exterior of unit.
