Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Beans 102F on the stove. I instructed the employee to reheat the beans to 165F and put on the steam table.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand washing sink blocked by a stainless steel container. The container was removed.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Black cell phone on the chest style freezer with the sliding doors on top.

Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Provided a copy by email.
Food stored outside. Observed two chest style freezers with food inside (chicken,beef, potatoes), bag of onions, a case of bottled water. I informed the person on duty the product needed to be brought inside and the establishment will be issued an Administrative Complaint with a following day callback inspection.
