Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At flip top cooler- cooked rice 46F- cold holding, salsa 46F- cold holding - food not prepared or portioned today- food out of temperature for 3 hours- operator placed in freezer to quick chill.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing ink blocked by dishes - operator removed.
