Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle.

Food stored in a prohibited area. Enclosed unlicensed seating area observed containing TCS Flan pie located in upright glass door reach in cooler, TCS Salsa and cheese sauce and non TCS condiments served from a condiment bar located inside the enclosed seating area. Chest freezer containing frozen packaged ice cream bars located in the same area. Food items removed during the inspection. Discussion conducted with operators reference licensing requirements for the enclosed seating area.
