Employee cashiering touching order entry point of sale system, collecting payment form and providing change to customers then began preparing food for customers without washing hands, no hand washing sink available for mobile food dispensing vehicle. Operator repaired hand washing sink, employee then washed hands.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee entered mobile food dispensing vehicle from outside, put on gloves and began preparing food for customers without washing hands. No hand washing sink available. Operator repaired hand washing sink, employee then washed hands and changed gloves.
