No soap provided at handwash sink. At hand wash station by door to food truck, employee corrected during inspection.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Per operator they had to replace the side door to the food truck, but the door is not flush with the frame, creating a gap all around the door, operator stated they will have the door fixed in the near future.

Unnecessary items/ equipment on the premises. Per operator they are using a bbq grill and circular flattop grill next to their commissary building for food preparation, but are not using equipment at time of inspection.
