Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed vegetable peeler in sink. Operator removed peeler.
Wet wiping cloths stored in detergent and sanitizer mixed together. Operator corrected with chlorine sanitizer 50ppm

Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee entered food truck with gloves on and proceeded to wash her hands with the gloves on. Employee took gloves off and washed her hands.
