Grease interceptor/trap overflowing onto floor/ground. Observed grease trap container on outside of truck was overflowing. Observed employee removed and emptied grease trap into trash.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs in reach-in-cooler over cooked peppers, cheese and tortillas. Observed operator correct issue to meet standards for inspection.
