No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing at hand sink. Manager placed roll of towels at sink.
Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Handwashing sink has a slow drain.
Uncovered food stored near sink exposed to splash. Bin of fresh cilantro stored under hand sink.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Bin with avocados with stickers attached over juice and cheese.
