Observed gloves and tomatillo wrappers in trash can. Also unit is hard connected to electrical supply
Operator using secondary storage mobile trailer and is potentially licensable if hand sink is added. Unit is storing single service items, cooking equipment, coolers and freezers, and has ice machine, and evidence of food preparation was occurring in unit. If operator want to use for storage only then ice machine needs to be moved and added onto licensed unit. No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
