Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cheese at 74F in reach in cooler, per Owner cheese was on counter for approximately 1 hour before moving to reach in cooler.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand washing sink. Operator restocked soap at time of inspection.
Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water at hand wash sink. Temperature 71F.
Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Observed no lid on trash can outside.
